I’m happy with what I bought, but the shipping fee felt a bit steep compared to what I usually pay on similar orders. The product itself was good, I just wish delivery had been a little more reasonable.

I just dealt with an issue on my recent order, and the whole thing left a bad taste. Support kept sending basically the same response over and over, and it dragged on way longer than it should have. Even after the most recent update, there still wasn’t a real fix. It felt more like they were trying to close the ticket than actually help. Maybe they’re better other times, but based on this latest experience, I’m not impressed.
